The problems of Granado Espada
After playing the game for some time, chatting with friends and giving some thoughts, I found out what is the problem of GE, and why the game turns less attracting as you play it for long.

To begin with, let's start from the beggining of the game, whose isn't a problem, but is directly related to it:
On the beggining of the game, you have a steady progression, you receives quests from everywhere you go, is able to do them and follow up the plot of the game. You meet a few grinding on the way, but due to how the combat works, you may end up not minding it, even more due to the lots of items that falls on the floor, and the vis you'll get from selling it.

Souns alright, correct? But the problem starts once you reach Veteran and ahead.

On the Veteran level, the game starts introducing you the holes in the progression, where the gaps between quest level and the player level starts to get higher as you keep playing, eventually leading to the player being unable to catch up with the quest, and being introduced to another problem: Grinding.

To progress in the game, you need to grind, and due to the fact that Veteran level and ahead has a "special maximum exp value", that means you will take a loooooooong time before you are able to continue the quest, unless you want to try going Rambo and tackle on higher leveled quests (Like I've been doing). Without counting with the fact that, thanks to the Mirjar Pioneer Guild, they corteously removed all the Ferruccio Statue quests, so the possibilities of acquiring extra exp cards to level up your characters were reduced, to instead rewards players who grinds for longer during the entire month, yes, that's what Mirjar Pioneer Guild does, reward you for grinding.

If you plan on grinding, better start to learn how to leave your pc turned on with your characters on defensive mode, because you'll end up doing that A LOT during your time on the game, like leaving your characters grinding while sleeping, or out of home for work or school. Doesn't that seems healthy and fun?

Another problem that surges from progressing in the game, is that you'll eventually notice that the equipments you have since the beggining of the game are now getting obsolete, so you need new ones. But how I'll get new equipments, since the game gave me them? Where will I get new equipments? Well guys, meet the not-so-introduced raids, where depending on the place you go to do them, you may either ending up getting usefull items, or just a bunch of exp cards for the character or stances in exchange for your time spent.

Hey, did I mention exp cards istances? That sounds awesome, right? I can even keep retrying it to get more and more exp cards since the requirements are so ridiculous. Well, my friends, that's where surges the next problem, whose I'll call the Raid Grinding.

Doing raids with other people is fun, but doing the same raids everyday, for weeks, months, years, that isn't fun, It's a perpetual chore. And by the way some raids in the game are super simple (I'm talking about you, Bounty Hunter Guild), you get depleted just by doing them everyday. And due to how the raids are built, sometimes the reward isn't worth the effort, like is the case of some raids on Coimbra Bridge.

But hey, I've been able to reach to the point where I can actually proceed in the quest, or got a new quest, but guess what? I'll have to do a fetch quest that requires me to either get a number of an ultra rare item, or hundreds of stacks of certain items. Yes, you guessed right! More grind! :D And If it isn't about doing fetch quests, the game will try tossing a mission with powerful enemies on you to say "Nope, go back to grinding".

So, what is the result caused by all that grinding?! Your progression through the game is halted, frustration raises because you pass several days without seeying any progress, and eventually you drop out of the game because got tired of all of it.

"But hey, you didn't mentioned the market restriction.", well, I could complain about the market restriction, but for IMC, It is partially not good, because what I said above, turned to way more evident because of the restriction they implemented. Without counting the fact, that there are still botters in the server, so the restriction didn't really halted the bot influx to the game. It was all useless!!

Basically, you begin playing a fun game, and then you meet a perpetual chore. And If IMC wants to see new players keep playing the game for months, they'd better review how the game progression works, or better, better they review EVERYTHING from level 100 and ahead.

In my personal opnion, they could remove the promotion levels, since It virtually makes players incapable of doing some quests, just because they are lower than 10 levels or above of the monsters from it.

As an extra, equipment crafting can also be added to the list of "More grinding". Aswell as food crafting, other recipe crafting, and the requirements of many recruitment quests of characters whose quests can be acquired on the vet level and ahead.

You need flashplayer for your browser. No idea what works these times anymore, Adobe retired their player.

I don't have Adobe Flash Player neither Shockwave Player, and was able to open the launcher and play this abortion of a game.

Maybe try your luck with their support. At least I can affirm they will answer, but I'm not sure if you'll get any conclusion out of it.

At time I have played, GE install added flash player for Internet Explorer. To use Firefox, I installed flash addon for it. That was long ago.
As previous player said, things should now work without flash player extra install. Maybe try to change your default web browser as test.
