Baek Ho: Way of Confession
So, just to be clear, the game expects me to complete what appears to be some sort of raid full of level 110 enemies in order to finish recruiting Baek Ho. At level 90, according to the quest tracker. Now, I understand that this is apparently meant to be done in a group, but, let's be real here, the odds of finding a group for this sort of thing in the year of our lord two-thousand and nineteen are basically zero. And according to my research, this was a change from fairly recently, replacing a *solo* requirement. Changing a solo mission to a group mission when your MMO is on life support is one heck of a flex, lemme tell ya.

Anyway, my question is this: If I do the obvious thing and just wait until I have a party of level 110 characters, will that be enough to tackle this raid solo and get it over with, or will I need to just keep going and hit the level cap before I can brute force this plainly unreasonable requirement and collect my punchman?

I recommend going there at expert at least with decent line up. :3 You can find a friend too and party together... its fairly easy to finish with a at least 1-2 parties.

Well, this may sound insulting from my part, but you need to make friends to play this game. Only way to play solo is by spamming lots $$$ and it’s still nearly impossible as some servers don’t have EZ modes for raids (Royal Road/Bible/Lucifer Castle or Castilla Hard Mode) which are sometimes needed for quest scenarios. In fact, Castilla normal mode already hard (Tower of Chaos last boss is level 166 with 84 AR) so you’d need at least Santo de Blanc +7 amor and Strata +7 weapon with good racial, decent family level, good character, and good strategy to solo LOL

Yeah, that's pretty absurd for a game with such a small (and dwindling) player base. I'm certainly not dragging my *actual* friends into this. Granado Espada appeals to me in some very specific ways that most people would not be as willing to overlook the game's many flaws for. It's pretty disappointing, but I guess I'll see how much further I can get before it stops being fun entirely and I bail.

Well, at least the raid you have to make is able to be done in group. If you follow the quest line for Selva recruitment, you will have to do a raid where you have to beat an about master level boss, solo, in order to proceed with her recruitment.

This game questing is broken in many aspects. Well, not only the quests, but many aspects of the game are broken.

This game is strategy-based, so you’ll have to use the right characters in order to succeed. Viron scenario for example; it was HELL for a total noob like me, so hard that I almost quit out of frustration. However, it’s actually not that bad if you do it with the right character and at the right time (others clean the maps for you). If you’re new to this game I’d recommend you to use Warlock+Bernelli+Emilia as main team (if you haven’t done so already) as Warlock is a very high dps character that can also buff your team with second expert stance, and the same goes for Bernelli, Emilia is they key to success in this game, so try to watch some videos on how to use her properly and good luck on your quests...!!
