Looking for Character Advice

Hi guys, I just want some advice because I'm not very knowledgeable about the characters in this game.

I'm looking for a character who can:
1. AFK powerlevel in SCR (or other high-level dungeons) effectively (no summoners like Jack or Cath)
2. Can be relied on to power through most of the quest content in the game
3. Tanky enough to not frequently die while AFK, or questing

So far, I know that Vanshee, CSC, and JD are really good in SCR, but I don't really have so much money now. Think around 150m, and most of my stuff are a little bit crap still. But you can list those as your recommended, and I'll still read your reason why. Point is I just want some added direction.

I'm really just looking for ONE character to invest everything I have in. And hopefully, this character would carry the rest of my family through everything else.

Vanshee's problem mainly is her low damage output over a period of time on a single target.

I'm using Code L at the moment, and since Daisy is out of your budget, I'd say skip Code L too. For her to be effective, a huge investment (2 stance rings ranging 400~600m each) is needed, and she's dual weapon users too to make matter worse.

I assume you mean grandies Great sword stance and not soul bringer, decent char, splash attack, fairly tanky too, but she lacks those new mechanics that other chars have. I'd say only use her for pvp (soul bringer).

I dont use Emp. Judith, cant say anything about her, but I think SFLynn would fit your budget the most. She's decently tanky, have huge aoe skill with the mechanic that double her 3rd skill damage. She hits 3 times/ cycle, but her last hits deal more damage, so effective her spacebar should be as good as JD (if not more).

Also, did I meantion SFL is the cutest among the 4?

Vanshee has the upperhand in Vesping. Her damage is sufficient enough for almost if not all questing needs.

But if we're talking about raids, I have to agree that her DPS falls off rather significantly as compared to other DPS chars like Daisy.

Ohh, so Vanshee for Vesping, Daisy for Raiding. Would you be able to recommend anyone for powering through quests? As I mentioned somewhere here, I'm already stuck at Lucifer castle just running through the garden to fight Grandies. SFL seems to be a good choice for something like that?

So do you have another character in mind which you think would be awesome for all kinds of quest content? I heard that Reaper Sariel is good for this. Any comments on that?

If Ur willing to spend vis, get a consul. She is decent tanker/DPS. Can tank some field bosses with my gc.

I use consul for personal raiding, questing, squad raids, and some field raids. She tanks them all well. Personal buff defensive, stance buff offensive. Uses sword so can rotate with other characters like Daria or cnl. And consul does well against bosses with mobs.

Oh really? I didn't know that! I kinda ruled her out coz I haven't heard anything particularly special about her. Hm... maybe I'll do some research on her as well. I'll definitely look into getting her.

And yes, I am willing to spend at least 120m vis to buy and invest in one character. That's why characters like SFL, Emp. Judith, and CNL were possibilities for me, but not CSC, CC, Vanshee, etc.

Not many ppl bother to try her out fully and only take other people's advice.
