PASSWORD RESET ON IAHGAME FOR THE OLD ACCOUNT FOR THE GIFT NOT WORKING

I used the password reset on passport.iahgames.com but after i reset my password it will not work on the gift for former sGE players on the Granado Espada webisite. I cant access my email anymore to try and retrieve it since i was using hotmail at that time. Why can't i claim my freebies with the new password.....

pls go to imcgames sge website...click on return player icon next to flame ludin head...make sure you have a current working/live hotmail or e-mail account...once u click u will be routed to return player gift...key in your previous iahgames account name and key in your the current working/live hotmail/gmail e-mail account...you will be routed again to key in your iahgames previous account name and the password...if u cannot remember your previous account password, no worries...select verification e-mail to be send to your current working/live hotmail/gmail e-mail account...verification mail will be sent and just click on it and you will see your return sge player gift code...good luck : )

just create a new hotmail account...and re-do the above steps again with the new hotmail account...good luck : )

thats the problem i am not receiving any email from the password reset

Please ss the issues and submit in support ticket on imcgames sge website...the support ticket icon is right at the bottom of the website.

I assume that resetting your IAH account/password won't update IMC's record. They're separate entities (companies) and there's a high probability that they're not syncing records especially user credentials.

I am doing the forgot password option on IMC's new granado espada website. I know they were different from IAH's. When i use that forgot password on IMC its not sending me any link.
