WTF Region Lock?

GE SEA on steam doesnt allow me to download it! no more link here on steam app >_<
Found one link on the net but it says not available to your region!

I cant believe this! been playing GE SEA since start and now its reborn but cant use the Royal code. Because of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rehion LOCK!

It means they wont support players if they got login issue. Not IP block them

ofc this will happen.it this game should meant for SEA players only.thats why there are NA server and Europe server.
