there's a bug around scene where Mr.Montero taking Grandma Rosario to the hospital bugged, all the sprite still showing up and makes me really confused reading the dialogue

This is a general bug I believe, for some reason none of the sprites are ever able to disappear during the same scene, so they continue to pile up until the scene changes. Quite a large issue to let remain in the final game.
