Dedicated Server Setup

After a couple days of trying off and on I am having trouble setting up a dedi. Getting error {The procedure entry point ??0?$CDbgFmtSafeImpIT@$00@@QEAA@PEBD@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (a86)\Steam\steamclient64.dll} Game also will not show up in server list online or for LAN when set to true. It will show that it is running in the task manager. I have hosted dozens of servers and I host all of the games for my Clan. Seems like an easy, straight forward and simple setup. If I can get this working I can easily get 10+ people to buy. A few have and are waiting as we don't want to host a non dedi game. Where is your detailed dedicated server setup guide tab? The config file is setup, the ports are forwarded. Any thoughts? Thank you!
