Windows 10 "Panic!" Error upon launch - Ragexe

When launching the game from the game launcher by clicking Play button, I get the following error:

It just says Panic! as the error message.

I am on a laptop and my desktop also has the same issue.



It appears by running in XP compatability mode only, that it will launch, at which point when I log into game I get some really weird odd textures and instantly get kicked back to the login screen.

Can some one give me some suggestions on how to fix the issue? I'd appreciate it!

NEVER use Windows10
(AKA Windows 10 The Spyware OS).

It is a sh*t gaming operating system.... Overall The worst OS actually.
