Accounts are getting banned for no reason

I and several other users have just abruptly been hit with a sudden ban wave for no reason, or perhaps caught in the cross-fire of some sort of ban wave. I have five accounts (each warp portal account can hold up to three ragnarok online accounts), and the newest one I made was hit with a ban and I haven't even played on it yet aside from getting the only character on it to Swordsman and moving some items around to give him for his future career.
All my other accounts -- even the ones linked to the same main account, are fine, before anyone starts going around "You broke some rule!" No. I can still in theory play the game fine and it would not be hard for them to ban my four other accounts had I actually done something legitimately wrong.

I would suggest registering an account (it's fast) and logging in. After that, click on "Submit A New ticket". Account bans go under the "Account Recovery" topic.



All of that said, I would ask people to reconsider playing on this server anymore. I was patient with the DDOS, lag, and potentially having my accounts breached during the DDOSing and all of that before. But all of that on top of being banned for no reason, I can't deal with it anymore. A vast sum of private servers are more secure, have better security and provide vastly better service than this.
