Survival Mode

Does it still exist? I've got all the way to level 47 and haven't had it unlock yet.

When you finish the game (beat level 50) you unlock Extend mode in addition to Arcade mode. Extend mode is exactly the same as arcade except that when you beat the final boss you start back at level1 and keep your score.

I've beaten level 50 and got extend mode but didn't get "survival mode" or the achievement

I haven't gotten survival mode achievement either, I have turbo mode but that achievement also didn't unlock.

I'm guessing extend mode is survival mode. It would be nice if these achievements were unbroken by the Dev.
