The Steam servers are too busy to handle your request for Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth. Error Code (53)

i receive steam busy error code 53, but i dont run any of the programs associated with that error message..

It says It needs to install I let It then It says the steam servers are not available error code 53

Game failed to start, error code 53, the message says that steam servers are too busy to initialize game and won't finish install.

This error code 53 is about annoying,Cant even get the game to start to load any suggestions?

Hello. I just bought this game, and after 6+ hours of downloading, it refuses to open, error code 53. I'm rather confused and request assistance.

When i try to start it shows an error "steam server is too busy, can not respond....error code 53", can someone tell me how to do? Thnks

Actually upon testing it seems all 2K games are getting the error code 53, which is strange, NO other publishers games have this issue for me.

The game worked fine. Now after the "update" whenever I try to launch the game it gives me a screen saying "finish installing" and then it stops and says error code 53

This is a local install problem. Your anti-virus or firewall is blocking steam from installing the game. You must disable your firewall/anti-virus then reinstall the game.
