Earthling settlers and nowhere to settle them...
Built the Exodus Gate, started bringing Earthling Settlers through it... I've won with the Exodus gate before, so I understand how it works; I start looking around for a suitable new home, and... there is nowhere on my map that I haven't already filled with my own cities. Literally, there is nowhere where I can found an Eathling Settlement, let alone three or four of them. What do I do now? Stack them all up and invade my neighbour and raze his city? It's frustrating; I'll have to remember to leave a settlement space in the next game I choose purity in.

Purity gets big guns for a reason. ;)
They say that Transcendence, Emancipation and Exodus are insular, defensive victories, but for Exodus I think people are wrong.
I only ever start games where I know I'm going for Promised Land on standard/massive maps and I always keep the prospect of aggressive late-game expansion in mind.

For all intents and purposes, you should treat Exodus as a gimped Domination victory where you only have to capture a certain amount of surface area instead of capitals.


I guess it's possible to keep some unsettled land in reserve, but good luck keeping the AI away from that for the entire game. It's going to be war anyway...
Could always find some worthless 1 tile islands in the middle of nowhere and teleport them there.

Hmm. Not sure how you're doing that.
Possibly they're referring to how you can settle other settlers in an earthling settlement, up to a population of six.

So basically, you'll only need four suitable tiles to get your twenty settler units in.

As of right now here are my rankings for victories based upon number of turns. I won't elaborate on the first 2 because it involves exploiting the game (kinda):
1. Covert Ops dominion (within 10 turns of your first spy)
2. Purity Domination (after researching a certain 'thing')
3. Contact (a little luck based)
4. Harmony - Transcendence (this is stupid broken)
5. Supremacy - Emancipation
6. Purity - Promised Land (not viable at all)

Damn. I'm playing purity right now....
does any one know of a way to remove the settlements once there placed... there is a TON of faraxite in my game that i need for supremicy...
