This man is Evangelos Katsioulis, the man with the highest IQ in the world, scoring 258 on an IQ test.

I wonder, in Beyond Earth, has technology developed to the point where one can genetically engineer himself to have a brain like Evangelos? (Brain scans have shown that his brain has THREE times the number of folds compared to the average human brain)

Will genetic engineering be more specialised in Beyond Earth expansions in the future?
