They remind me of Dune and they $%^* me off when I was stupid and sent a new outpost unit to a perfect spot and they turned up just before got there.

Wonder how many humans were on-board that just got feed to the worm

Oh God they almost destroyed my capital in my first game, I was sandwiched between 2 alien nests with little room to expand -_-

The name of the archievement for killing a worm: "Walk Without Rhythm" also strongly hints at Dune :D

Trying to mod the game so workers when they are building anything will attract any Siege Worms within 5 radius and units that moved that turn will l attract any Siege worm within 3.

Also alien nests allowed to spawn more Siege worm and Xeno Titans. Change the 'docile' level so they will enter areas you control. Remove Ultrasonic Fence so you can not research it (or give your trade units the 'alien' protection) but give your starting city a free Ultrasonic Fence (so only one city will ever be protected)

You actually have them attack cities? I'm amazed - I can't even lure them to my cities when I try...

Docile aliens will not enter any area you control. You have to 'bug' them first (the icon changes to yellow)

Managed to made it attack city with covert ops. Fun to watch when two worms go rampage. But that wasn't enough to take down grown city.. Gotta need more other than worms if you think about using it to supplement war effort.

they just sit there non aggro forever then just go postal on all your workers. more annoying than anything and im use to clicking that no barbarians checkbox in past games. guess i will have to adapt.

also odd, the only time i ever saw them go srsly aggro and turn yellow was when i built the mind flower and began the transcendance victory.

Ouch man.

That's why the Worms don't attack, they are too afraid of those puns. You should weaponize that

Harmony soldiers must ride the worms. Cause Dune!
Martin Oct 28, 2014 @ 10:22am
i just kill them with snipers/gunners and missles.

they also chase their attacker.. so you can lead them away from your city.
