HDMI out of range
On my native 1080p monitor it will say HDMI 66hz / 60hz out of range with no game menus just audio.

I have the same issue, cant seem to find any way to set this in config.inf to force it to windowed mode either. Cant even get into the game, so setting an in game option is not possible.

You can change settings in graphicssettings.ini to force it to be windowed.

I was having this problem and this fix worked for me, but it really sucks having to play the game in windowed mode.

Have you tried another HDMI cable or manually entered the refresh rate (above) to your monitor settings, then select 'save' ? You can try right-clicking on the graphic settings.ini file and selecting 'read only' after you have saved, that way the game cannot change the settings once launched.

it worked, thanks very much!

Was it the HDMI or the edit the .ini that worked? Just so that others know ;)

I was able to help my friend with this issue by having him stream it on Discord.
He couldn't see what he was doing but I could.

Steps:
1. Navigate to Options > Video Options
2. Change resolution to 1920 x 1080 59hz
3. Accept

Now you can click accept and play the game.
Hopefully this helps, good luck finding someone with the patience required...
