Uhm what did I want to say?
Ah yes ... as they seem to be the games version of sand worms, I expect my siege worms to be extremly powerful.
But I agree that it would be nice if initially (say first 50-100 turns) they would shy away from human territory
I've only played the demo, but it killed my worker as well. I never initated attack with aliens up to that point.
*raises neon sign pointing to the above quote*
THIS! For the love of GOD, this!
Seriously, the worm (or any aliens for that matter) won't even enter any of your city tiles or try to enter a tile occupied by one of your units (since that would be considered attacking) if they're peaceful, so just DON'T
And remember that they kind of work as a single faction, so if you start shooting some aliens just to get to the resources on their nests, then don't be surprised if the Siege Worm doesn't like you very much and feels like wrecking your stuff.
