What are the new factions
I heard there are a couple being added in I only heard of a rich arab nomad faction and another arab faction. My best friend will love this but is there any other factions being added? Any chance we can create a faction?

1. Al Falah; leader: Arshia Kishk; arabian countries
2. Integr; leader: Lena Ebner, germany
3. North sea alliance; leader: Duncan Hughes; british isles and parts of scandinavia
4. TBA, most likely japanese

Al Falah is everything else than rich which determines their unique perk. No faction creation announced.

I'd bet on Korean as the Japanese economy has been in a depression for over twenty years and the glory of Japan seems to be in the past and most companies are focusing on Korea.

To be precise, people do indeed speak of a japanese/korean combination. The economy of Japan is still way stronger than South Korea's though.

Anyone who knows about Japanese and Korea knows that combination is an insult. In fact Koreans outright hate Japan but love there Anime.

This is the Beyond Earth universe lad, they also combined Poland with the Slavic Federation headed by Russia. It can be assumed a LOT has changed, including historical grievances.

The last faction is a North Korea faction. I haven't read anything that Japan is related and/or working with them.

It's not North Korea, it's a Korean corporation. It doesn't specify which part of Korea they control or operate in.

I watch all the livestreams and i havent heard them announcing the fourth sponsor. Do you have prove for your statement? A link to a vid or an article for example?

There's an article on the official Civ website. Chungsu, I think they were called, secretive and disturbing-sounding Korean organisation.

Thank you! I have already read it. Finally another interesting sponsor beside Al Falah... Just this short post has more personality and flavor then all the 8 original sponsors together.
