Al Falah, what exactly does his bonus do?
Maybe i'm just an idiot and didn't understand what exactly the term 'city developments' stand for, i tried google and wiki's, not sure what the bonus goes towards. Anyone know?

Not the buildings.

Its the development projects, those that you can put your city to produce when they are NOT building units or buildings. Research development, Culture development etc. Those get fairly large bonuses for that civ. So when you put Al Falah city to produce science, for example, they produce more science that exactly same city of any other civ can.

It means that when you switch a city to convert production into science, culture, food, or energy, it gets a larger yield of the conversion, more so than any other faction would get.

Basically means that in the mid-to-late game, Al Falah can give themselves massive boosts to their various resources, and can catch up to other civs.
