Click on that. You should be able to make an account through there.
You'll need to find that button in Starships as well afterwards, to link the game to the account.
2.) You start Startships, click the icon in the main menu, enter your account details. Starships is now linked to your My2k account.
3.) Now with both games linked to your My2k account you can use the "Play in Starships"-button, and it will save your setup on your My2k account. The next time you play Starships, you can import the settings (now sure how exactly that's done anymore, but surely there's some button somewhere during game setup), and then play with the setup in Starships.
What this will NOT do is start Starships inside of Beyond Earth for you, they're seperate games and will always be seperate games. It just saves data on your account so you can move the Sponsor- and Affinity-Setup between games.
