Runtime load game error

Now I've looked through a dozen or so other messages on here with the same problem and NONE of them seem to have a solution posted. The sticky thread asks people to leave information but gives no solutions (I did leave a message with all the requested information even though it seems like no one gets responses) so I decided to post the problem again in hopes someone will have found a solution.

Okay, so I had the game working fine last night when I went to sleep. I had even loaded games multiple times without issue.

Then when I turn my computer back on this morning and woke it up, the games were completely frozen so I opened up the steam console and used it to manually close the game.

After that, I re-opened the game and went to re-load my save game at which point I was given a C++ Runtime Error message and the whole game crashed.

With how many people I saw post this problem from as far back as 2014 why has it not been fixed in the game coding itself? or at least have a patch or help section specifically for this problem? Really poor customer service...
