Steam Deck Test: Works on Proton
as above, despite it being unsupported.
Linux port doesn't launch, proton one runs without issue, it's even readable and community controls seem like a good match.

Hey question for you. Just got my steam deck and tried the game out. It works well but I’m unable to drag and move around in the tech tree. Does it work for you?

As a workaround you can search for the tech using the box next to the filter. Then you click on the tech you want, and then you'll be moved to the correct location of the tree.

You can Google for an image of the full tech tree as a reference, or use the info on the wiki

I have tested it for some hours, and indeed is supported. I have only encountered two bugs:
(1) If you open Options just after you start the game, it crashes. However, if you start a match and go back to the main screen, you can now open the Options menu. You can also open the Options menu while running a match, but take into account that you cannot change the graphics settings while on a match.
(2) I cannot scroll through the tech web. The workaround given by Dr. Coomer works, but it is very inconvenient. Maybe it is something that Firaxis can fix, just as they did some bug fixing for Civ V recently?
