Report a translation problem
I've looked into it because I've never seen it before, it's something to do with the command prompt, the code that is used is a windows specific code but you're on windows 7 so it shouldn't be an issue

I found two articles that seem to refer to this issue with the command prompt

Try the following.
1.) Open the Registry Editor(press + R, type regedit and hit Enter) .
2.) Navigate to HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor\AutoRun and clear the values.
3.) Also check HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor\AutoRun
But I would be careful messing around with registry stuff

Edit: You can actually run Warsim in Cmder, which looks great and gives you another way to change font size/face/window size/etc., you can even do a Quake-style console with transparency :)
