How to advance in the career mode?

I mean I played with this game over 10+ hours, still dont have a clue how the system works... First, I played rally mode, won 1 star races, won 2 star races then 3 star races, then there was a championship rally mode, started it but even If i did my best still couldnt win, so I played other modes then IT DISSAPEARED! and I had to start again winning the 2 star races wtf ?!?!?!

So this mean you can only play one mode at a time?! Otherwise you lose everything?

Then, how to win the championship? You have to have a level 8-9 car, or the game matches the opponents to your current car? How to level up the car rank system? You have to buy for example a level 4 car to unlock level 5 cars? Or it depends on your rally career rankings?

Then, how to earn big sponsorship quests? At the beginning I got 120.000 credit sponsorship quests, 1 for rally and extremekhana modes, then I got only quests that give you like 4000 credit...

This game doesn´t value the players time, skip it. I first thought it´s similar to Dirt 3 but was highly disappointed when realising how the career mode works
