Career regime in rally totally unplayable
I even cannot to tell, in what point of career I am now, but here I forced to stop. Impossible. And I can only give advise to anybody: simply dont kill your time for it.

I've already described situation with championship breaking.... now I entered "3 days event". Spent, may be, 1,5 hour or more at two first stages. Passed Japan second place, hell exp
treme https://youtu.be/v8vcup9H-U0
Russia first.https://youtu.be/rqwk5S6lclo
So, third occur Kenya. I tried and found that its also too hard (thats for me, who has world records at most stages WRC5 and all stages Seb Loeb Rally EVO).

So, i found I must at least make brake. I pressed pause key, in menu I see points: 1.Leave race 2.Leave championship 3 Go to main menu.

So, if we have third, it means pressing it we DO NOT leave nor championship, neither race - isnt it? Other case - for what at least one of these two points presented here?

But as a fact I found, that "Go main menu" means just the same as at second point: "Leave race'. Where is the logic?. WHAT IS IT AT ALL?

Then when I entered V-Rally mode I found myself in Monuments' Valley. So, although there were 3 stars, four races presented in championship. SAfter I didnt succeed first attempt, and the time is already late, I pressed "go main menu" again. IMPOSSIBLE to pass four such long races without break, but you CANNOT make brake. In next entering they showed me, that I lost at this championship 6000 credits, - thats all. Very nice.
How to play it, can anybody explain me? Rally - impossible. but continue career without rally.... Who made it and for what - I cannot realize.

Yeah the difficulty curve of timings is currently faulty. The career mode in this game is currently broken. I'm sad because the game looks amazing and handles so arcadey and fun but yep the timings of the AI is impossible in championships even on easy.

I can confirm this. When you go to the main menu it's like you abandon the current race. Next time you choose Campaign Mode from the main menu, the game recognizes that a championship is in progress but puts you in the NEXT race, not the one you left of.
This must be fixed.

Most interesting thing is in fact, that its prectically no dependence on AI level. First I played 100%, then tried 80, 75, for the ends 50. Each case of order of a half races I wins without great efforts, but the others are impossible-to win. Its very similar to made for purpose persecution.

Lets keep the two rally championship difficulty threads at the top because it's preventing single player progress in rally. I've had to move on to the other 3 disciplines to progress for now. Great game, just needs rally timings relaxed for some stages and made harder for others.

I've emailled the official feedback email address to simply ask if this is something they are looking to patch or if it is always going to be as is.

I've played the "demo" version of the game a bit, and I really like it and have every intention of purchasing it on Steam - however there's one thing that's a deal-breaker for me, that I would like to see fixed or changed before I buy.

If you use the "return to menu" option from either the pre-race menu or during a race, the game will register that as a "DNF" for the upcoming or current race respectively and in a mutli-race event will place you in the next race.

That's really annoying, especially during a championship - it essentially means you have to complete every race in an event in one sitting without exiting to the menu, else you will be struck with at least 1 DNF.

I'm hoping to see this fixed or changed in a patch soon, so that I can buy and play the game - because it seems really good.
