Black Screen Bug

I was playing normally when it suddenly stop counting down my opponent's time. now the screen is all black at the background. The interface is still apearing, like the "WALK /ATTACK/ DEFENSE" bar, the chat, the ping and fps bar, the countdown bar, the chat bar (although chat is not working now) and all the other pieces of interface that apear in normal game. I can open the "pause" menu, and all buttons work fine. only the "Surrender" button doesn't work. When i click it and confirm the surrender, the screen gets a bit darker but nothing happens. I've already closed game and reinstaled it. When I restart it, it appears in the main menu screen, with black background. A message opens: "Checking country code" or something like that. Then it loads, and put me on the bugged match I've already told here. (I'm from Brazil, if that will help solve the problem)

Now restarting it worked, but it's opened at main menu with black background, normal interface. My units don't appear in any of the barks. Market opens normally. When I opened the game (in this attempt) it said: "Connecting to server". It loaded, and said: "Unable to connect to server at 10 attempts. Im stuck at bugged menu

I have the same problem but nothing is fixed and the black screen is still there and I can only see the interface.
