Game crashes when just starrting?

Whenever I start via new game, there's a black screen and it plays dialogue for a bit and once it seems to be done, it just crashes? Is there a fix for this? I've looked for solutions and none have seem to worked or maybe I've done them wrong

same here, idk why when i playing on i5 rtx 3050 win 11 laptop is crashing just starting game, but i playing on r5 gtx 1650s win 10 its starting fine, maybe from graphic card or os windows? i lazy for testing because i brought laptop already using win 11

If it's not the ActiveMovieWindow thing (fixes are in guides and have to do with antilaising and movies: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2810604090 ), it's likely the Windows 11 CPU/GPU prioritisation issue. Long story story, with some older games or games with specific architecture try to run it off your processor by default and you get a black screen. Try the following:

The fix is as follows:

1. Click the Start Bar and search 'Graphics Settings'. Click this.
2. Click Browse to add a new app and find the .exe for Blue Reflection.
3. Click the program that has now appeared and click 'Options'.
4. Click 'High Performance', which should have the name of your GPU underneath.
5. Click 'Save'.

I just upgrade my pc from GTX 1650 Super to RTX 4060 and the game starting fine. idk what cause issue, maybe my laptop RTX 3050 Laptop / i5 11400H issue
