My opinion/review of the game.
(I'm going to post this on my steam review when the game eventually is able to be purchased, and here. Sue me.)

Better than zombitatos. Sure, it isn't in game guru and some generic FPS like the first game, but does it matter? It has more choices that really matter, and there's more than just 2 clicks to do one either pointless or needed thing in the game, unlike zombitatos.

I bet even with the new screenshots of how almost exactly the same the gameplay looks to zombitatos (choices that lead to something happening), some will still complain. Humor is suggestive. Quality is suggestive.

I have nothing much else to say, other than, buy it if you care, don't if you really don't. No need to ruin it for the developers and others potentially wanting it because you think it's garbage. 3 dollars is enough to buy some fast food. This is a fast food game. Not that it's bad, but it's an indie project on a very low budget. What else would you expect? Maybe with all the effort people spend witchunting inoffensive games like this, they could maybe petition to get actually bad games for steam off, like jesus christ RPG trilogy (Which is a game that is actually a virus on steam, not removed yet).

Sorry if this seems more like a rant than a review.. but this is my opinion on the game and the controversy it will eventually stir thanks to numerous factors.

Thank goodness a system that let people judge the quality of a game, and based on those judgements allows games to be released is gone. It's so much better for some devs to put down a few hundred bucks just to put anything on steam. I'm not trying to sound mean, but most people don't see what's really happening, and how steam direct is worse.

I know ! Haha .. At least with the new system there will be fewer games like this and the developer with good potential will have more chance of breakthrough (sorry for my bad english, I'm french canadian too, like the game, and it makes me angry to see this.. like the world will think that french canadians are stupid like them..) xD

You're fine. And you know, fun fact, assuming greenlight was still a thing, kimulator 2 would never come to be on steam. BMC used steam direct just to get it on steam easily. Not hating on them or anything, but it's true both ways. Some dev could come around and put anything.. as long as it barely meets valve requirements

They could not have used steam direct to upload this garbage as it would take a month for the game to even get a store page. This game is on steam because of the cancer that was greenlight.

Nobody voted up kimulator 2 on greenlight. It was failing. It never got greenlit. How else could it get a store page then?

Because if you read the news about the death of the horrible steam greenlight you would know that steam is allowing some of the games that was still on greenlight to get greenlited. With steam direct games like this will never be allowed on steam.

You don't get it. With steam direct, the only thing preventing certain games is if they don't meet basic steam standards. Basic steam standards don't mean the game has to be good.

As long as a certain quota of standards are met, the rest is all payed in cash. Money talks. Stop feeling hurt.
