GAME OPENS IN REALLY SMALL WINDOW

Hi, when I try to run the game the game opens in a really small window in the middle of the screen and I can't even get the mouse on the setting to try change the side as it will go on my actual windows window and if I try tap out or get on my actual screen the game will overlap on top of everything but the mouse will be behind the game.

Does anyone know how to fix the game and get it normal size?
I try uninstalling the game and installing it again and I have even tried deleting the game file saved on the storage and re-install the game, but it did not fix the issue
