Never played it. I was just looking around Steam found this and when it comes out I will look at user reviews, as well as any youtuber reviews. Then I will decide if I should get this.

We got it fixed up. Patreon as been rolling out a machine learning tool that has been suspending multiple patreon accounts that are associated with NSFW. We have been rather discrete and simple as a means to avoid any issues, but it seems that the robots don’t care.

Pretty ridiculous that various sites keep trying to automate policy checks and don't bother to have actual humans check the results before taking action against people's accounts.
Every single time some site tries it, there's a ton of false positives. You'd think they'd learn one of these days not to keep doing that.

I remember people getting hyped for this. I stumbled upon it on accident and placed it on my wishlist. Still come back from time to time to see if there's anything new. Ye ancient H Game of Yore may never be seen in this timeline. At least the soundtrack is out there going ham.
