Download the TKOH manual from the store page, it is not great but it has some of the basics.
The default key binding to switch view is Numpad <Enter> (as already mentioned), it just switches between inside and outside view. I don't have a keyboard with a numpad and I had to rebind that function to <Insert>.
To look around (they call it Freelook) the default key binding is hold the <Alt> and mouse. Or get into Freelook mode, double tap <Alt>, not sure if I have I used double tap method
I have Freelook on by default so that I don't need to use the <Alt> key or switch modes, except I still needed <Alt> when setting switches like switching battery on or off for some reason - not worked that one out yet.
Another useful view binding to know is "zoom in" with the right-mouse button.
