Where did half the sound effects go?

Is it just me but where did most of the sound effects go? There's no zip for the boosters anymore and hitting blocks are now silent. Sound effect for the train enter and exiting a tunnel still works but then gets STUCK in a sound loop and didn't the train originally have a louder chugging? I've gotten so used to the sound effects that the game sounds off without half of them.
