arcania gothic 4 fall of setarriff gameplay save problems

i play with the game then i click the save it saves but when I quit and relaunch it but can not find any backups of backups ArcaniA Gothic 4 can not find what I do thank you in advance for your help.

If saving is your only problem you can use F5 to save and F9 to load games save

My game won't even start, even after using the 3rd party patch in my documents
