Keyboard controls

I am playing this on my laptop with absolutely no controller at all. I'm just using the keyboard, and I can't find a list of all the keyboard commands. This is making the game really frustrating because I'm not sure what to do. I am new to video games in general, which isn't helping. I kid you not, I figured out what the spacebar and the right mouse button do on accident. Can I please get a full and exhaustive list of all the commands? Help??

all the keyboard commands are listed (and changeable) at

settings > controls > edit keybinds

.
This is accessible from main menu or quick pause menu.
many of the keybinds are also prompted or explained in the lore and notes you pick up along the way.

Oh my cow, that button never lit up even though I kept putting my cursor on it. Yeesh. But how do you access the quick pause menu? I can't figure out how to access it while in-game.
