Trouble with Bring the troops to Gotha quest

After speaking with the fire mage, the quest tells me to meet with Lee and escort him and his paladins to Gorn. I have him and his group follow me all the way to Gorn's throne room, but nothing happens. Anybody know how to fix this?

I had the same issue. You have passed gates with guards (Errol + 2) to quickly. You will have a dialog with Error after all your paladins + Lee + Hanz appear at the yard before gate (yellow rectangle: https://upload.worldofplayers.de/files/QfxkSTuGaKyoBQmBnwqgotha.jpg)

I had given up and uninstalled the game since I wasn't willing to replay through it to try and fix the issue and there wasn't any good info online about it, but appreciate the super late reply anyway.
