(FIXED)base game bikes dont show up ingame

im having trouble joining alot of servers where they have the base game bikes as an option.
for some reason these bikes are now missing, they are in my document folders, but ingame there is no mx1 class to choose the base bikes and the other base classes are missing too, i can only see the oem classes to choose in testing

i verified local files and no issues there, so those bikes are not out of date, im baffled

If you put the stock bikes in the mod folder you messed up. It's highly recommended never to do that or major problems will occur down the line.
Your best option now is to do complete fresh install -

ok i dont have bikes.pkz in game folder, all i have is
common/mxbikes/...
a plugins folder with maxhud-mxb64.ddlo in that folder
a txt called e3dlog
and a txt sllog
thats it.i havnt moved anything and i verified the local game files and steam didnt put a bikes.pkz file in there so im totally lost on whats going on???

my bad i found the actual game file its on another drive, i have bikes.pkz in there

FIXED IT, i deleted all the base game bike folders that were in documents. i dont remember making those folders but im guessing i may have made them to add paint liveries to the base bikes, anyway deleted the folders and now the base bike classes show up ingame, thanks for the help.

It's common but if you need to add stock bike paints, just create an empty folder for them and you're good, just don't extract the base files.
