FPS/LAG/FROZEN BUG

I have a good pc that runs this game easily. I haven’t done anything with the settings and now everytime i open the game everything just lags and looks like 1 fps but also like an extreme delay, i cant even move the mouse because i cant see where it is going.
I play on a wired controller with a wired internet.
For like 3 days ago the game worked just fine.

I figured it out. My problem was that my cpu, with integrated graphics was running the game instead of my gpu. Search on youtube how to change gpu for games.

Yes, The problem was that mxbikes was running only on my cpu which has integrated graphics. Its very easy to switch to using your graphics card.
Search on youtube: game is running on cpu, how to switch to gpu or, how to use gpu in windows settings.
