Where is Cavalorn?

I've searched for hours for him and I can't figure out where he is!

Cavalorn is in a hut just outside of the Old Camp.

If you go left from the northern gate from the Old Camp, while standing with your back to the camp, follow the road that goes south until you see a path going down on your right.

You can use this ingame map for reference.
