How to run the game in full screen?

I am trying to get the game to run in full screen mode but, no matter what resolution it always uses a window?

Strange. Either you go in Ingame > b marvin b and then F3 (I guess F3 was it) or you go inside your Gothic folder and check Gothic.INI (Should be in \Steam\SteamApps\common\Gothic\system )
Inside Gothic.ini find " zStartupWindowed " usually should there be an 0 (zero) change it to 0 if there is a 1 or something.

the links in the Patch site are broke they dont download anything. Is there another place to download the patchs?
