how do you buy stuff
the stuff i give people is the same value as what i want from them. what am i doing wrong

I believe you press Enter to make the deal.

usually when you put something in the trade square,even tough it might be the value of let's say 100,the merchant will usualy half your item's value making it equal to 50.When done press ENTER twice and the deal will be done
