Is there a way to scale Bink (i.e. cutscene) videos?

Cutscenes are played in their original resolution by default, making them look small when running the game in high-res. Is there any way to scale them by multiples, say 2x? Stretching might be an improvement as well, but I'd prefer scaling by a set amount.

The SystemPack page (https://forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/threads/1340357-Release-Gothic-%C2%BD-%C2%97-SystemPack-%28ENG-DEU%29) does mention video scaling, but I've searched the web and Steam discussions and have come up empty on further instructions. Modifying Gothic.ini and setting scaleVideos=1 gives me a black screen during playback (as mentioned on the web).

Yeah, tried it in the past and cutscenes never worked in fullscreen.
