Also make sure you close JoytoKey until you have your notepad.cfg completed and that when you reopen JoytoKey check if there are inputs set on the buttons. If there isnt you most likely forgot to save the notepad.cfg.
Last thing if you are lucky/unlucky enough to play this game without the fix for the "ACCESS VIOLATION" problem you may want to add the 2 simple fixes for that problem just search access violation and you will find it. but it seems like that problem arises from the fact that this game doesn't allow you to even alt+tab because it doesnt want any outside programs that could allow you to cheat/change the game which could block out any JoytoKey functions. I dont know though since I'm not a game programmer I just want everyone to experience the Joy of JoytoKey ;)
If you did this then change your compatibility settings to your own Operating System and go back to the 1280x720 resolution if you prefer a controller to better graphics.
