Gothic Xpadder won't work..
Hi everyone, i bought gothic 1 2 and 3 in a bundle pack about a year ago and after i fixed the access violation error, the game ran fine on my windows 7 computer and i was able to use xpadder with the game, which was really nice. Now I have a windows 8.1 laptop, and ( thankfully to all the helpful threads on steam) i installed the 0.9.2 patch on it, then the player kit, and finally the systempack. Now when i run the game it is fine, great resolution, no white border, etc. The ONLY problem i have now is that when i launch the game right when the gothic logo on the small box appears when its loading, my xpadder stops working and im not able to use in the game at all. Please, somebody help I would really love to be able to play this game with my controller.

UPDATE: I was able to fix this problem by running Xpadder as admin. I hope that somebody that has the same problem will see this thread and that it will help them.

Awesome, thanks Chulen. I saw your post the other day asking for help, and I was really looking forward to being able to play with a controller as well, so thank you for the update!
