Try to install Union in Workshop (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2787491081)
And save your game saves on your computer before. Put them back after Union installing and load the game. Should work.
played with union and dx11 mod
Regarding the corrupt save in chapter 3. Install union and then go into chapter 3 again. Already corrupt saves wont work no matter what you do.
To fix it you need to stop using the renderer, start a new game, save on a fresh slot, then replace the corrupted world file with the one of the new savegame. This will reset the world and your char, but keep your quest progress. Now use marvin mode to bring your char back to where he was (check the log file in the savegame folder to see his old stats).
jumping is tied to framerate so if you experience shorter jump that means your game works faster than it should, if you want to experience "correct jumps" you should cap your FPS to 30.
the assertion failed is simply ZenGin bug, it happens without renderer as well, it just means that you or some saved NPC have too much items and the archiver can't read them due to hardcoded string limit.
