Need help with making the game run without visual bugs

Heyo!
I used to love Gothic so much as a child. Now I wanna make it run again but it's not playable due to some graphical bugs. Start Screen and video sequences at the beginning look just fine. But as soon as I enter the actual gameplay, half of the screen is only sky while the other half contains parts of Diegos and the players body :P

Installed Ninja Workshop item and some others but they seem to not fix the problem.
Can anyone help me? Thank you guys so much in advance!

So this seems rather complicated and thats why no one has answered you yet.

I would recommend to deinstall the whole game.

Then proceed with

1. make a clean install of the game without any mods at all - means no spine, no ninja, no DX11 renderer and so on - and look if it runs that way

if it doesnt work that way

2. install it without the system pack, then download the player kit and the system pack manually and install it also manually.

Sadly, nothing worked but it now showed me an error message. Fixed the problem by changing the values for my resolution in the .ini file :3
zVidResFullscreenX=1920
zVidResFullscreenY=1080

funny I did this and it didnt work. I still get this D3D_InitPerDX: Can't create D3DX conetext ! Error: DDERR_UNSUPPORTED"".

Plus every dx11 download I find has viruses that My system detects so it wont download

Did you already try to install them via Spine? Maybe then your antivirus won't complain.
