Mud what wants
Why does mud want to go somewhere with me and get comfy? What does he want to do? What happens if I take him home where it's really warm and I wait until night and then we get comfy what will we do?

Yeah but then what? I mean I don't get it he keeps saying let's go home together where it's just me and you and maybe get comfy

Mud is only in the game to annoy you. The only way to get rid of him is to beat him up. Don't kill him, just knock him unconscious.

So that means the game is not deep at all?

I'm sorry, "not deep at all"? Because of one strange but ultimately funny NPC they added, you conclude the whole game isn't deep? Moreover, as far as I recall, Mud was based on a German game show host who the German developers of the game thought was an annoying person. So he's actually an 'easter egg', albeit only meaningful to German people who were old enough to watch German television almost 20 years ago. How's that for deep?

I've read the wiki too. I mean they could have made a couple of side quests with him, add some activities you can do, maybe make it so after spending time with him or completing missions he becomes a companion, make him take part in the story, make him interact with other characters, add anything at all. With what there is with mud right now, it's not deep at all

Well then?

They did add depth to characters. Just not the intentionally annoying character.

For example Xardas, saturas, pyrokar. In gothic 2, which is an extension of gothic 1.

Note, they are ''deep'' when it comes to the male scale, we prefer more simple dialogue.

If you want more depth, you should check the walls of text that are laid in morrowind (elder scrolls 3). Or KOTOR1/2

Also what's the deal with your ''well then?'' post, you were expecting the guy to answer you within 24 hours or something? You remind me of Mud.

That is up to your own fantasy. Everything else should be clear as mud.

This topic reminds me of Noober in Baldur's Gate, who has been added as sort of a running gag, too. (and Neeber in the sequel, and Nüber in Siege of Dragonspear)

What about now?

Huh, interesting. But why is mud so shallow where's the depth?
