I tried watching that video before asking here he already has the potion in his bag I found that one potion of quick healing not the second one he already has in his bag when he records then he gives it he doesnt show where to get the right potion I got the potion shown in the video I still get I cant find your medicine dialogue when I talk to orc slave

thanks I found it had to explore the mine by myself those guides arent very clear

Just in case someone is still looking for it.
At the place you've found Tarrok turn around and go back out of this small cave.
When you reach the first crossroad go straight (left would be back up).
Then on right hand you will see low cliff which you can climb on.
Do that and you will find the potion along with a book.
