edit abilities is the code where you can change all your stats, even add learning points.
Is it the attributes or the exp?
edit abilities
level = 0
exp_next = 500 (or was it "exp next = 500"? One of those two should work)
exp = 62500
close console
This will put you back at level 0 officially, with 500 xp to your next levleup but you already have 62500 so you will basically levelup every time you gain xp, gaining one level at a time until you hit level 51 or so. These are treated like normal levelups so the game does not have any conflicts with the new numbers, but the additional HP and skill points will stack on top of whatever you have already earned. These gains are permanent additions to your character's stats now.
Now you can find enemies to kill or quests to finish, or you can summon monsters from the console commands and kill them. Because of the way this game does levelups, this only boosts HP and skill points - not STR or DEX or Magic - so it doesn't really feel like it makes you crazy OP it just lets you train more skills (and live longer).
When you reach level 51 if you are still not satisfied with the number of skill points or HP that you have, just repeat the process to gain the bonuses from all 51 levels again.
