Hidden Achievement
I killed a millions of that sherrifs, really fast, but I can't unlock that achievement. Is it bugged or am I doing something wrong?

If you go to Nvidia Control Panel you can lock you max framerate at 20ips, that would be usefull to slow the game and then you can be twice faster to shoot the annoying sheriff & get the cheevo, worked for me
