You do realise many of us got this game in the special promotion and have had two weekends of play when our savefiles spontaneously stopped working, don't you? It's rather frustrating.
You think this kind of irreversable change without any backwards compatibility is OK?
I was 3/4 of the way through the game and now all my saves are useless. I was quite enjoying the game but now I am so frustrated I doubt I will ever start it again!
Get a clue
Please, games industry, start asking your applicants about the grades they got in HCI and Software Engineering. Things like this are way too common and should never happen. We want to fight monsters not flawed development processes.
