I think you're missing the point.
Why not make a pack with all this already in it?
Looks like it'll be me then.
So without actually owning the game - or pirating it - they would do nothing.
And if you didn't have it you'd need all the tools mentioned in the tutorial just to open them.
A community patch like this is to the benefit off the game and its developers.
It should be easier than this - so let's not be paranoid. I guess one could make a
one-click program for the patching itself, but that would require coding.
So I'm going to upload this somewhere when I'm done.
Capcom can sue me if they want to.
The modder in question doesn't appreciate their work being reuploaded except for personal use.
Don't get me wrong, I really appreciate their work, and as mentioned earlier,
none of this works unless you actually have the entire game.
Also, what do you mean by "personal use"? It all is.
So go ahead, nobody is stoping you.

Make sure you've copied the sound files from Gdata into Data2, and that your Gdata archive is saved as an AFS file in the root directory.
